Excellent staff and physicians. From the front desk, the nurse staff, and Dr. Mahmoud, the whole office is thorough and professional. I have two Superion Vertiflex implants in my lower back. They have made a huge difference in being able to conduct daily activities. They gave me my active life back. The people are outstanding, and always ready to help with any questions, and always with a smile. I go to the Temple Texas Clinic. Dr. Heath and Nurse Lisa are the best. My first visit I was nervous and scared. After all it is a pain clinic. I thought they would look at me as a drug addict. Let me put you at ease. NOT AT ALL. Just the opposite, and I go every month. Trust is an important part of me. I don’t trust doctors for good reasons. Since a 15 year old girl, now middle-aged woman I know doctors. I trust Pain Specialists of America.

Angela and the girls go above and beyond for their patients! They make you feel at ease when you are trying to express your pain. They actually listen to you. They show compassion and empathy. They are friendly, and personable with dynamic personalities. There are days I am almost in tears from my pain, and their kindness will make me smile. This is far and away the best staff I could ever ask for from any doctors office!
