Dr. Gutierrez has been nothing but kind to me in trying to help me through a very difficult time in my life. I broke both of my heels and have 3 plates and 39 screws now and have tons of pain all the time. I can’t thank him and their staff enough for all they do for me. It is a godsend to have a doctor like Dr. G and his staff. They are friendly, kind, professional, and listen to what I have to say so I can get the best care possible while having no insurance. They work with me to keep the costs down while providing good care.

The people are outstanding, and always ready to help with any questions, and always with a smile. I go to the Temple Texas Clinic. Dr. Heath and Nurse Lisa are the best. My first visit I was nervous and scared. After all it is a pain clinic. I thought they would look at me as a drug addict. Let me put you at ease. NOT AT ALL. Just the opposite, and I go every month. Trust is an important part of me. I don’t trust doctors for good reasons. Since a 15 year old girl, now middle-aged woman I know doctors. I trust Pain Specialists of America.

I have had a few different Pain Management Doctors since having lower lumbar pain and Spinal Fusion finding Dr. Stevens was a blessing. He always makes me feel important and like I matter. His compassion and bedside manner is amazing! His staff is just as great. Dealing with chronic pain is a task as it is but having a Dr who listens and cares make a huge difference. There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Dr. Stevens and his staff (Alice and Jeffrey are absolutely amazing). I have had very painful back issues going on seven years now, and have seen several different specialists. Dr. Stevens is by far the best doctor I have been blessed to come across. I most definitely am not just another number to him or his staff. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, caring and sympathetic to my situation. Very professional office and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Sarna. He is helping me deal with the lower back pain. He talks to me so I can understand my problems and gives me options if available. Also, he is always willing to listen, and provide thoughtful feedback. I believe that Dr. Sarna is extraordinaire in his field.
