Pain Specialists of America accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United Health Care, Workers Comp and Letters of Protection.
Our office staff will work with you to explain your insurance benefits to you. We will work with you to make sure that if you are out-of-network we set up a plan that makes it affordable for you to see us as we now offer payment options.
Our policy is that all co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of check-in, as well as private pay. Unpaid deductibles and co-insurance percentages will also be due upon checking in.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims for all insurance types. We accept third party insurances, letters of protection, Work Comp and automobile claims. We do accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

This option provides guaranteed financing for all patients after identity verification – regardless of credit history. Plus, monthly payment amounts, and loan durations are determined by the patient. And all medical loans are fixed rate with no hidden fees.
